The hotel staff arranged a sleigh ride, organized parties, and offered a variety of massage treatments. The restaurant served delicious hearty dishes and had a cozy atmosphere with stone floors and timber ceiling beams.
The hot tub was about as enjoyable as a lukewarm bath in mineral water.

The view was very good. The beds are very comfortable. Otherwise everything is very spartanly furnished. It's nothing to stay indoors any longer. But you are there to ski or hike anyway.
It could be cleaner. This means that the rooms and the bathroom will need renovation in the near future.

Everything is modern and clean. We could even get to our room almost 2 hours earlier. Very good price/performance ratio for the breakfast buffet and the buffet of the half board/dinner. . tasty, versatile and regularly replenished The standard drinks are also very cheap. The swimming pool (quite spacious) is clean and the water pleasant. The "lifeguard" was friendly and considerate to his guests.

The hotel's restaurant serves hearty dishes and a choice of wines. I felt like I was dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant at half the price. The cozy atmosphere created by the stone floors and timber ceiling beams made me feel right at home. It was like staying in a charming mountain cabin.- Guests can enjoy a variety of massage treatments or relax in the sauna. The spa facilities were top-notch and left me feeling completely rejuvenated.- The hotel staff arranged a sleigh ride for us in winter, adding a touch of fairy tale magic to our stay. It was a truly enchanting experience.
Closing the restaurant earlier than stated.

Sauna and swimming pool was good, maybe sauna needs some repairing :-) Also restaurant was fine and relatively good food.
Staff does not speak English, room was good but a bit oldish. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel, navigator try to turn to one-way road...

During our recent stay at Boutique Eco Hotel Sasanka, we were delighted with the amazing breakfast options. The variety of food offered made it feel like an "eat all you can" experience. We especially loved the regional dishes that were served.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the size of the swimming pool being a bit small and the limited options in the all-inclusive dinner, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience.

The restaurant was excellent. The SPA facilities, sauna and the water pool have all added the value and helped to relax after skiing. The hotel staff was always helpful and talked both German and English.
The sound proofing could have been better. Luckily, most of the hotel visitors were responsible people and we have not suffered from the surrounding noice.

The meals from the menu in the restaurant were very good, with a wide selection of wines to choose from. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a waffle maker for instant waffles. The hotel's swimming pool was quite big and had warm water, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby mountains.
The service in the restaurant was poor, with long waits for the waiter and a lack of assistance from staff. The rooms were small and uncomfortable, with some unpleasant smells.

Very kind and helpfull hotel staff, big swimming pool, good breakfast.
My single room was very small. No soundproof windows and walls, all the noise from the corridor and outside can be heard. Hotel in a quite isolated location, not so near the main street of Szklarska Poreba

The room at Boutique Eco Hotel Sasanka was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during hot weather, and the free WiFi allowed us to stay connected. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottled water, a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The seating area was a bonus, providing a comfortable spot to unwind. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and convenient. The tea/coffee maker, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV added a touch of luxury to our stay.
Personally, I found the tea/coffee maker a bit finicky to use, but others may still appreciate it.
